1. Information We Collect

SB Field Service collects and stores only the data you actively enter into the app to manage your jobs:

• Job information: Job titles, descriptions, scheduled service dates, amounts, deposit amounts, payment status, and job origin.
• Client information: Client names and phone numbers that you enter for each job.
• Attachments: Photos and PDF files you attach to jobs.

We do not collect any personal data about you beyond what is inherently part of your Apple ID and iCloud account.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

All data is stored in your private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit technology. Your data is synced securely across your devices through iCloud.

3. Team Sharing

SB Field Service supports team collaboration through Apple's CloudKit sharing. When you share your jobs with team members:

• Shared data is transferred through Apple's iCloud sharing infrastructure.
• Only people you explicitly invite can access your shared jobs.
• You can remove team members and revoke access at any time.

4. Third-Party Services

SB Field Service does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party service used is Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) for data storage and synchronization.

5. Device Permissions

The app may request the following device permissions, solely for the stated purposes:

• Camera: To take photos for job attachments.
• Photo Library: To select existing images for job attachments.

These permissions are optional and the app functions without granting them. No photos are accessed without your explicit action.

6. Data Export

You can export all your job data as a CSV file at any time from the app's Settings. This gives you full ownership and portability of your data.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is stored in your iCloud account for as long as you use the app. You can delete individual jobs at any time within the app. To delete all data, you can remove the app and its associated iCloud data through your Apple ID settings.

8. Children's Privacy

SB Field Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
