All your diary entries, business data, financial records, and preferences are stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. You can optionally enable iCloud sync to keep your data in sync across your devices.

• Local Storage: Data is always stored on-device first using SwiftData.
• Optional iCloud Sync: If enabled, your data is synced securely across your devices through Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. This data resides in your private iCloud account — we do not operate our own servers and have no access to it.
• No Account Required: SB Diary does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information beyond what is inherently part of your Apple ID if you choose to enable iCloud sync.

2. Information We Collect

We collect absolutely no information. Specifically:

• No personal identification information
• No usage analytics or tracking
• No crash reports sent to us
• No advertising identifiers
• No location data
• No device information

3. Information You Store

The app allows you to store the following information locally on your device:

• Daily journal entries and notes
• Business mood and sentiment tracking
• Business category tags
• Revenue and expense records
• Entry dates and timestamps

This information is stored on your device and, if iCloud sync is enabled, in your private iCloud account. It is not accessible to us or any third parties.

4. Data Security

Your data is protected by:

• Device Security: Your data is protected by your device's passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.
• iOS Encryption: iOS provides hardware-level encryption for all data stored on your device.
• App Sandbox: The app operates in iOS's secure sandbox environment, isolated from other apps.

5. Data Deletion

You have complete control over your data:

• Delete individual entries at any time from within the app.
• Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all local data.
• To delete iCloud data, you can remove the app's associated iCloud data through your Apple ID settings.

6. Third-Party Services

SB Diary does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party service used is Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) for optional data storage and synchronization.

7. Children's Privacy

SB Diary does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app does not collect any information from anyone, regardless of age.

8. Your Rights

Since we don't collect any data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete from our systems. All your data remains exclusively on your device under your complete control.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
